Shipping


Covid 19 - Australia Post have advised to allow for extra shipping time during the pandemic and they are also unable to guarantee next day delivery for express postage within Australia.

Also, as our shop remains closed during Stage 4 lockdown we will fulfil online orders once a week. 

Domestic 

For all orders within Australia over $100, shipping is free (standard post), orders below $100 have standard post for $10 and express shipping for $14. 

Online Orders are fulfilled from the Shop and shipped on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (regardless if express or standard shipping has been selected). If you need something shipped urgently please email us on hello@lostinseasons.com.

Deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post using parcel post. You will receive your package within 2-6 working days (1-2 days for express) depending on your location in Australia. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing Tracking Number.

International

Free international shipping for all orders over $250, New Zealand is $18 and the rest of the world is $30.

International orders will be delivered within 10 - 14 working days depending on your location. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties & Taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country. If you want to be sure before you make a purchase you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or lookup the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry as we cannot cover these charges for you.
