Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days.*  If you have ordered the wrong size or colour you can exchange them for an alternative pair. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We don't offer returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt number. Once item is received, your exchange item will be sent to you or you can pick it up from the shop.

Credit note (with no expiry date) is issued to returned Sale items.


Sale items 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but they can be exchanged or a credit note will be offered for the purchase value

To return your product, please contact us and we will provide you with our return address. The previous PO BOX number is no longer under operation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
